The Environmental Assessment for the DO Hall Business Center Expansion was prepared by the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association (OMEGA) on behalf of Guernsey County. The Environmental Assessment is available for public review and comment at OMEGA, 326 Highland Avenue, Suite B, Cambridge, Ohio 43725, and on OMEGA’s website, www.omegadistrict.org.
The public comment period is open until April 24, 2024.
