OMEGA is the Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association — a Local Development District, Economic Development District, Council of Governments, and Regional Transportation Planning Organization serving ten Appalachian Ohio counties.
Who can apply for OMEGA’s programs?
County and local governments, non-profit organizations, and eligible entities within the ten-county region. Our Community Development Specialists provide free grant counseling to help you determine eligibility.
What area does OMEGA serve?
Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Muskingum, and Tuscarawas counties.
